Bartenderz International is a Bradenton-based business serving hospitality operations nationwide. It helps bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, event operations, and other hospitality businesses create customized bartender training and operational document packages.

Businesses complete a guided questionnaire describing their operation, service style, beverage program, food service, responsible-service expectations, payment responsibilities, and training needs. The system creates eight coordinated documents covering bartender training, daily procedures, responsible alcohol service, onboarding, evaluation, and manager approval.

Bartenderz International also publishes free educational resources for hospitality operators and bartenders. The public training library covers bartender onboarding, staff training, manager oversight, responsible alcohol service, bartender evaluation, and opening and closing procedures.

The public drink recipe library currently includes 140 reviewed recipes with measured ingredients, preparation instructions, glassware, ice, and garnish guidance. Ingredient and style collections help visitors explore Amaretto, vodka, martini, rum, whiskey, and gin recipes.

These public resources provide practical education and reference material. They do not replace the customized eight-document operational package generated for an individual hospitality business.

Barton Anderson is a Bradenton-based entrepreneur, product developer, and media producer with more than three decades of experience building businesses and technology products.

He co-founded Lloyd-Allan Corp. in 1991 and helped develop it from a systems integrator into a manufacturer of computer peripherals for remote interfaces and out-of-band power control, completing a successful exit in 1999. His later work has included hosting the television program Comfort Zone Extreme, founding Padded Cell Entertainment, developing supporting products associated with Electronic Arts releases including NASCAR 09 and NCAA Football 10, and creating Rhythmhoüz, a professional networking platform for the music industry.

Anderson also designed and operated a live performance broadcast and recording studio and developed Cool Cat Games for bars, restaurants, clubs, and events. He is now the founder of Bartenderz International.
