This policy explains the information collected through Bartenderz International, how that information is used, and the choices available to customers.

Information we collect

We collect information customers provide when completing a questionnaire, beginning checkout, purchasing a product, requesting purchase recovery, or contacting support.

  • Name, email address, and business name.
  • Operational questionnaire answers used to customize purchased documents.
  • Purchase, package, delivery, download, and recovery records.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and request activity where needed for security, delivery, fraud prevention, or troubleshooting.
  • Marketing consent when a customer chooses to opt in.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Stripe. Bartenderz International does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices.

How information is used

  • Generate and deliver customized document packages.
  • Process and reconcile checkout attempts and purchases.
  • Provide secure download and purchase-recovery access.
  • Send transactional delivery and support messages.
  • Respond to questions and resolve delivery problems.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse.
  • Improve products, checkout performance, and customer experience using aggregated or appropriately minimized analytics.
  • Send promotional messages only when the recipient has provided the required consent.

Information sharing

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Email providers for transactional message delivery.
  • Hosting, database, security, and infrastructure providers.
  • Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably required by law, legal process, security, or protection of rights.

Data retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, purchase recovery, customer support, accounting, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect retained information. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customer choices

  • Marketing messages may be declined or unsubscribed from without affecting transactional purchase messages.
  • Customers may contact us to request correction of inaccurate contact information.
  • Customers may ask questions about retained information or request deletion where legally and operationally appropriate.

Children

The service is intended for business and hospitality operations and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
