Products are customized digital documents generated from customer questionnaire answers. No physical product is shipped. Delivery is normally provided through a secure download link sent to the purchase email address.

• Provide accurate contact and operational information.
• Review questionnaire answers before checkout.
• Maintain access to the purchase email address.
• Review generated materials before adopting them as workplace policies or training requirements.
• Confirm compliance with applicable alcohol, employment, safety, food-service, accessibility, and other legal requirements.

A completed purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use the delivered documents within the buyer’s own business or operation.

The buyer may print, distribute internally, train employees from, and adapt the operational content for internal business use, subject to any product-specific restrictions shown at checkout.

• Reselling or sublicensing the generated package.
• Publishing or distributing the package as a competing template product, content library, or document-generation service.
• Removing ownership notices for the purpose of falsely claiming authorship of the underlying product system.
• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Prices and included deliverables are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. A purchase is not complete until payment is confirmed and fulfillment is accepted for processing.

We aim to generate and deliver purchased files promptly. Temporary delays may occur because of payment processing, email delivery, hosting, network, third-party service, or document-generation problems. Customers should contact support when delivery does not complete as expected.

Generated documents provide general operational and training material. They are not legal, regulatory, employment, tax, insurance, food-safety, or alcohol-law advice.

The website and generated materials are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every document will satisfy every jurisdiction, regulator, insurer, franchisor, landlord, or specific operational requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, Bartenderz International is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or generated materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
