Refund Policy

This policy explains how we handle customized digital purchases, duplicate charges, failed delivery, and defective files.

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Customized digital products

Products are generated specifically from information submitted by the customer. Because fulfillment begins after payment and creates customized digital files, purchases are generally final once generation has successfully completed.

Problems we will correct

  • A duplicate charge for the same intended purchase.
  • Payment completed but document generation permanently failed.
  • The delivered files are missing, unreadable, corrupted, or materially different from the purchased package.
  • A technical delivery problem cannot be resolved through a fresh download or recovery link.

Resolution process

Contact support with the purchase email address, order number when available, and a description of the problem. We may first attempt regeneration, replacement, corrected delivery, or a fresh secure download link. When the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, an appropriate full or partial refund may be issued.

Issues not normally eligible for a refund

  • Changing your mind after successful generation and delivery.
  • Providing incorrect questionnaire, business, or email information.
  • Deciding that a different package tier would have been preferable after delivery.
  • Expecting jurisdiction-specific legal advice or guaranteed regulatory approval.
  • Failing to download files during the stated access period without first requesting support or recovery assistance.

Unauthorized or unrecognized charges

Contact support promptly about an unrecognized charge. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction and protect the customer and business against fraud.

Nothing limits mandatory rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
